Biography: Scottie is an independent Libertarian who knows firsthand the limitations of the federal government. He's a proud cog in the massive machine as a federal agent of the Department of Homeland Security. Scottie graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminology and Political Science and has won awards in formal debate.
