Sunday Morning Breakdown

Brief and to the point.

Farrid Z. is an asshole.

He relates that the US should stop vocalizing about putting politicians in jail for their perceived bad JUDGEMENT.

We want Hillary put in jail for her CRIMINAL activity.

Compromising classified information is a CRIME, regardless of one’s status in the land.

Otherwise, we have the Corpocracy we deserve - - -

You are a lying asshole, Farrtid Z.

Roy,

How many times do we have to tell you? It’s not illegal to send someone an email with classified information. It is only a crime if it can be demonstrated that a “reasonable person should have known” that the information was classified. In the case of Hillary Clinton, evidence for the latter was lacking.

(3) Basis for liability.

A party to the SF 312, SF 189, or SF 189-A may be liable for disclosing “classified information” only if he or she knows or reasonably should know that: (i) the marked or unmarked information is classified, or meets the standards for classification and is in the process of a classification determination; and (ii) his or her action will result, or reasonably could result in the unauthorized disclosure of that information. In no instance may a party to the SF 312, SF 189 or SF 189-A be liable for violating its nondisclosure provisions by disclosing information when, at the time of the disclosure, there is no basis to suggest, other than pure speculation, that the information is classified or in the process of a classification determination.

Do you have evidence that Hillary Clinton “reasonably should know that the unmarked information is classified”?

Do you know if the unmarked information is classified, Warren Porter? How do you determine if the information is classified? How should Hillbilly be expected to know if you don’t?

Well, you’re not in a position to know, are you? There’s the rub. We didn’t expect an average person to be in the position of being Secretary of State. We expected a person who is qualified to fill that position. Now we see she is either not qualified, or violated the law for her convenience.

Either one is a valid reason to disqualify her for the position of POTUS. She as admitted mistake after mistake. Any of which would disqualify her as a candidate for POTUS.

The question is, why is she even being considered for that position when she failed miserably at Secretary of State?

WP, you are saying that DOS Hillary is so dumb and stupid that, after some 30 years of handling classified material, she can’t determine whether a message is classified or not.

And, you are ok with her grabbling the knob of the nuclear button?

No words, No words … .

That kind of dem think scares the bejeeezus out of me. It’s like playing in a world with no boundaries.

I don’t know, but James Comey does and I trust his judgement. When he says there is not enough evidence to indicate she violated the statute, I accept that as the truth.

Either one is a valid reason to disqualify her for the position of POTUS.

I’ve been saying this for months. Hillary Clinton’s behavior ought to disqualify her from the Presidency. She certainly isn’t getting my vote and she shouldn’t get yours either.

What I fight against is the ridiculous notion that she ought to be jailed or imprisoned for what is not a crime. If a low level bureaucrat did what she did, that bureaucrat would be fired and have his or her security clearances stripped away. That person’s career would be over, but that person would not go to jail or face criminal prosecution.

The question is, why is she even being considered for that position when she failed miserably at Secretary of State?
I think that speaks to the profoundly disturbing words emanating from the mouth of the GOP nominee. HRC might be disqualified once over, but Donald Trump is disqualified a hundred times more.

roy ellis,
Yesterday at a Trump rally, instead of chanting ‘U.S.A.’, a supporter pointed to the press and chanted ‘Jew.S.A.’

Do you understand that?

How about Pepe dressed in Nazi regalia?

How about some of the Trump tweets re-posting material from Neo-Nazi web sites, including WhiteGenocideTM? Trump has done it more than once, you know.

How about a Trump post of Hillary Clinton in front of piles of hundred dollar bills, and a yellow Star of David next to her.

Or maybe you would like to hear from Rocky Suhayda, the president of the American Nazi Party:

“If Trump does win, it’s going to be a real opportunity for people like white nationalists, acting intelligently to build upon that.”

Would you settle for endorsements by the Daily Stormer and other Neo-Nazi organizations? Maybe the K.K.K. is more to your taste.

“Stupidity is not the only explanation for mistakenly thinking that particular topic is unclassified” add to that incompetent.

Even intelligent, competent people make mistakes. For instance, a smart and competent Secretary of State might not know that even the barest mention of the CIA drone program in Pakistan/Yemen would be considered classified.

What disqualifies him 100 times more?
His milquetoast attitude towards Russian aggression. His refusal to commit to supporting our NATO allies. His refusal to steadfastly oppose nuclear proliferation in Japan, South Korea and Saudi Arabia. His cavalier attitude towards using nuclear weapons in an otherwise conventional conflict. His completely feckless leadership scares every single US ally. His compulsive lying about his wealth, his relationships, his philanthropy and everything else. His disastrous economic proposals: —Tax cuts that will bankrupt the nation —Tariffs that will ruin the economy —Immigration restrictions that destroy the American Dream.

And most important: His profound insecurity. He surrounds himself with sycophants because he cannot bear to hear even slight criticism. He overreacts to every perceived slight. Simply put, Trump’s temperament is not suitable to be President.

RF, roy,
The e-mails were found on a laptop used primarily by Weiner. He is already under investigation for an unrelated matter. Abedin has said she does not know how her e-mails showed up on his computer.

It is possible the e-mails went to everyone on the network in their household, even if everyone did not realize the network was configured that way. If that is the case, these are most likely duplicates. But really, it is up to the FBI to clarify.

Tax cuts don’t bankrupt nations, Warren Porter. Spending too much bankrupts nations. Trump will identify redundant spending, political regulations, and wasteful votebuying pork. That is why Democratics are against him. He’ll gore their sacred cows.

I watched series after series of Donald Trump’s philanthropy. Millions of dollars raised for charities.

He’s going to insist these other countries pay for their defense. Do you think Japan and Germany will choose to build their own nuclear programs instead of compensating the U.S. for our contribution to their defense?

You’re incredibly out of touch if you think immigration isn’t an issue, Warren Porter. You’re mistaken if you think jobs leaving this country isn’t an issue. He’s the only person talking about those issues. Hillbilly will only exacerbate them.

His “feckless leadership” has made him a billionaire! Where’s your billions, Warren Porter?

What remarkable achievements has Don Johnson made that qualifies him any more than Donald Trump? Johnson’s a political animal just like any other. What makes you think he’ll be any different than any other politician? He won’t get anything done because he is beholden to the people who give him money. He won’t get elected in any case so that point is moot.

Trump has the ability to stop the insanity that is the SOP in our federal government. His election will achieve one thing if any. His election will demonstrate the American people are willing to change the political structure in Washington D.C. and are willing to take the risk.

That’s what elections are really about, Warren Porter. If we kept everything the same, what would be the point?

Weary, how much kool aid did you drink to utter this nonsense? What “abilities” has Trump demonstrated to deserve such faith in him? Has he turned around a city, a town, a village? Has he demonstrated leadership at the state level that would give one even a slim bit of evidence that this statement is something more than wishful thinking from those that followed the pied piper?

His election will achieve one thing if any. His election will demonstrate the American people are willing to change the political structure in Washington D.C. and are willing to take the risk.

By sending a neophyte into DC all we the people are doing is displaying the lack of reason, the lack of critical thinking skills necessary to function in the world. By voting for Trump you are saying lets send in the mafia to get rid of corruption in the police dept. Just because Trump has bribed repubs in the past doesn’t mean he will end the corruption.

A nation goes bankrupt if it doesn’t have the revenue necessary to pay its expenses. Lowering expenses can compensate for lower revenue, but Trump has promised to increase wasteful military spending and he has vowed not to touch entitlements. Protecting 75% of the budget is precisely the opposite of cutting spending

I watched series after series of Donald Trump’s philanthropy. Millions of dollars raised for charities.
David Fahrenthold’s reporting suggests that Trump hasn’t donated to any charity in years and frequently uses other people’s charitable donations to enrich himself.
Do you think Japan and Germany will choose to build their own nuclear programs instead of compensating the U.S. for our contribution to their defense?
Yes. Why pay billions of dollars to an unreliable ally?
You’re incredibly out of touch if you think immigration isn’t an issue, Warren Porter. You’re mistaken if you think jobs leaving this country isn’t an issue. He’s the only person talking about those issues. Hillbilly will only exacerbate them.
We’ll discover who is out of touch with Americans on November 8th.
His “feckless leadership” has made him a billionaire!
Argumentum ad crumenam is a fallacy. Besides, Trump has lost billions relative to what he would have if he had invested his multi-million dollar inheritance into the S&P 500.
Where’s your billions, Warren Porter?
Ask Mark Cuban & Warren Buffet, two of Trump’s harshest critics.
What remarkable achievements has Don Johnson made that qualifies him any more than Donald Trump? Johnson’s a political animal just like any other. What makes you think he’ll be any different than any other politician? He won’t get anything done because he is beholden to the people who give him money. Gary Johnson has proven track record of fiscal responsibility and social liberalism. He is a humble, cautious man who won’t overreact to perceived slights. His tenure in New Mexico was quite good. He is not part of either major party, so he is not beholden to the corruptions of either one and he has not received millions of corrupting campaign donations.

His election will demonstrate the American people are willing to change the political structure
Explain how electing another conservative Republican businessman is going to be any different than the last one? Gary Johnson is much more likely to deliver the change you seek because he doesn’t follow the flawed conservative ideology that doomed the GWB Presidency.
