Buchanan on Constitutional Law.
I am amazed that Pat Buchanan once ran for US President. By describing his moral outrage today on the US Supreme Court decision that prohibits states to make laws concerning sexual privacy, he seems to put his personal opinions past that of equality and fairness. The court did not endorse any position on this decision except a right to privacy, something that should have been evident in the first place to the state of Texas and to Mr. Buchanan.

Some people just know when to use the media to get their names out there again.
Buchanan is right on target, the problem with left wing think is that they really don’t understand what country they are living in.
If they did, they would understand that all the freedom they have to rant about the environment, gay rights or whatever starts with the fact that
the more power the states have, the less chance for government to control them and what they speak about. The less control the the Federal Government has the more freedom one has.
Sure you may have states that outlaw sodomy, but you also have states that legalize gay marriage.
If you make the Federal Government too powerful, you lose personal choice to live where you like
the laws the best.
Note Buchanan was right on target being against the war with Iraq. Right on target when he predicted in 2000 on his campaign that terrorists would again hit the world trade center because of our terrible immigration laws and enforcement.
Was right target with corporate greed
He is right on target with the fact that corporations are selling out the american worker for cheap slave labor.
I can see why he ran for President, and if he wasn’t kept out of the Debates like Nader - he would have out-debated them all.
