Trump Bad, Find a Crime, Make Him Go Away

Robert Mueller’s report may have a lot more to do with campaign finance violations than real evidence of Russia collusion but, until it’s released, we won’t know. That may be fairly soon with an increasing number of leaks on what the report will possibly contain. For example, we have coming from foaming partisans like former Obama State employees Max Bergmann and Sam Berger, a piece in the Daily Beast that practically claims to be the voice of the people’s will.

These bureaucrats are some of the people who put together the atrocious Iran deal and who distanced America from its only true ally in the Middle East, Israel. No wonder they hate Trump who promised and who is reversing some of the Obama administration's worst foreign policy disasters.

They claim collusion will be proven by Mueller. They point at a few specific areas:

  • Roger Stone - according to Mueller's prosecutors - directed Jerome Corsi to develop links with Wikileaks to try and get the information on the leaked mails in 2016. They claim that Trump's campaign built a strategy around that information. To prove this point you would need to be very clear about what happened when and what the proof they claim Mueller has really is. Or whether Trump just used whatever was publicly available to attack Hillary Clinton.
  • Cohen has apparently provided "useful information" on possible links to Russia. Again, this is meaningless without any details and facts to back it up. We'll see. Is there anything to Flynn's perfectly legal contacts with the Russian ambassador during the transition period? Once again, we'll have to see the details and let's pray they're not all redacted.
  • The Trump Tower in Moscow is receiving a lot of press, but it hinges on a convicted felon who was born in Russia and has had a checkered past. Felix Sater's evidence needs to be examined with a good dose of skepticism. But perhaps there's more to it than a proposal that seems to have had more to do with Cohen and Sater than Trump. However, it does seem to show Trump's habit of using questionable people as advisors.
  • The last point is Bergmann and Berger's claim of obstruction of justice because of Trump's tense relationship with former AG Jeff Sessions and because he placed Whitaker as acting AG. This part is really just a partisan rant that really needs no rebuttal.

But the interesting overall take away is what Byron York describes as a sudden shift in the commentary on Mueller's probe. It's all about campaign finance violations now and how Trump could be but not be impeached but certainly could face charges after his term (or terms) as President come to an end.

In other words, the media's general reaction to Mueller and what his report eventually might say comes back to what happened in 2015 and especially in 2016 when it suddenly became apparent that Trump could actually win the nomination. As well as when it was clear to the shocked disbelief of the elites that run America that Trump has won the presidency. And that is:

Trump has a bad character. Find a crime. Make him go away.

When you have someone like Trump who has had a colorful business past to say the least and who is impatient with norms and rules and when you assign resources to a pod of legal orcas you will find crimes. That's a given. And to those who detest Trump it matters not what the exact nature of the crime is. Just get him, they tell their favorite posse.

Dershowitz is right, unfortunately. Legally there will almost surely be no case for collusion and therefore impeachment. But impeachment is political, and this report may prove damaging politically to the President. With a little more judgement on Trump's part it wouldn't have been this way.

But that would have been Trump not being Trump.

After two years, it is doubtful that Mueller will find anything that amounts to an impeachable offense.

The worst crimes between 2008 and JAN-2017 (during the Obama Administration) are:

  • [01] The IRS targeted conservatives under Obama’s and Lois Lerner’s watch; Obama lied that no laws were violated: “There is not a scintilla of corruption in my administration”; Lois Lerner, head of the IRS Office of Exempt Organizations, stated she had not done anything wrong and then took the Fifth before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. Lerner retired (with pension) in 2013 after an internal investigation found that she neglected her duties and was going to call for her ouster. Joseph H. Grant, commissioner of the IRS Tax-exempt and Government Entities division, resigned (with pension) on May 16, 2013;
  • [02] VA’s deadly secret waiting lists for veterans; The Secretary of Veterans Affairs, General Eric Shinseki, voluntarily resigned (with pension);
  • [03] Hillary Clinton’s illegal hackable amateur server and emailing of classified information; the FBI investigation found that 110 messages contained information that was classified at the time it was sent; that is a crime, beyond a shadow of a doubt, committed by Hillary Clinton. But James Comey, Loretta Lynch, and others in the DOJ and FBI protected Hillary from legal being indicted for those crimes.
  • [04] Hillary Clinton seized control of the Democratic National Committee which used Pakistani programmers who are now being prosecuted, and Wikileaks had a field day with the classified information that was exposed to our rivals (i.e. Russians, Chinese, North Koreans, Iranians, etc.);
  • [05] Hillary’s camp created and paid for the infamous “Steele Dossier” which claims that President Trump committed collusion with the Russian government. This classic frame-up is still going on as Hillary smiles at her accusers; this truly amounts to high-tech treason, and the fake news press, corrupt FBI, DOJ, and other officials did unbelievable things covering for Hillary, and continue to cover for Hillary, and many were working under the assumption that she would become the next U.S. president;
  • [06] Terence Flynn, an appointee of Barack Obama to the National Labor Relations Board, resigned (with pension) in May 2012 after being accused of serious ethical violations by leaking information to the National Association of Manufacturers;
  • [07] Martha N. Johnson (D), head of the General Services Administration, fired two top GSA officials and then resigned herself (with pension) after it was revealed that $822,000 had been spent in Las Vegas on a 4-day training conference for 300 GSA employees;
  • [08] David Petraeus resigned (with pension on 07-NOV-2012) as Director of the CIA after admitting having a s*xual relationship with his biographer, pleaded guilty (on 23-APR-2015) to a misdemeanor charge of mishandling classified materials, in which he was given a two-year probation period and a fine of $100,000; He got off very easy;
  • [09] Fast and Furious (a previous, similar program was started and ended during Bush’s administration called “Operation Wide Receiver”, but Fast and Furious started NOV-2009 during Obama’s administration, and Eric Holder obstructed the investigations for the gunwalking-program; Eric Holder’s “Fast and Furious” obstruction caused the murder of hundreds of Mexican citizens and some US border patrol officers with weapons supplied by the US government. Some ATF agents became concerned the weapons were being used for crimes. On Dec. 14, 2010, U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry was killed during a gunfight. Guns in the shootout were involved in the Fast and Furious operation, it was later learned. Eric Holder was found to be in “Contempt of Congress”, but Eric Holder lost no sleep about it;
  • [10] Hillary Clinton lied about youtubevideo as the cause of attacks in Benghazi, Libya; Hillary lied to the victims’ families; Hillary was caught red-handed lying before Congress about Benghazi during that senate committee. It was discovered that Hillary had sent an email to her daughter explaining the people in Benghazi had been killed by Al Qaida-like terrorists. Hillary wrote: “Hey, this attack at Benghazi was caused by Al Qaida-like elements”. Yet, Hillary and Susan Rice went all over saying it was due to a offensive video.
  • [11] Susan Rice lied about a youtubevideo as the cause of the attacks in Benghazi, Libya;
  • [12] Obama’s Solyndra scam, which was a phony solar energy scheme which cost out tax payers $500 million. According to the magazine, The New American, “the administration funneled billions of taxpayer dollars into the pockets of wealthy Democrats and Obama supporters, who in turn gave some of the cash back via campaign contributions. More than 75% of the over $20 billion went to Obama financial backers, according to Department of Energy figures analyzed by researchers”;
  • [13] The Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius was determined to be guilty of violating the Hatch Act by campaigning for president Obama in her official capacity (on 13-SEP-2012); On 11-APR-2014, Sebelius announced her resignation from her position as Secretary of Health and Human Services, and Sebelius reimbursed the government’s expenses;
  • [14] Obama’s administration spun intelligence to suit his narrative. It was reported that 50 intelligence analysts said their reports on the Islamic State (who Obama called the JV (Junior Varsity) team) had been watered-down to suit the White House’s spin, and that pressure to do so had come from senior military and intelligence officials;
  • [15] Democrats (hypocritically) call for restricting or eliminating 2nd Amendment rights, and say it is worth it “even if it saves only ONE life”, but ignore the 4,177 people killed per year in the U.S. by illegal immigrants (in 5 states (Arizona, California, Florida, New York, Texas; 249,000 illegal immigrants in a study group; i.e. 68% of of 364,950) Source (Report GAO-11-187): ,; 32% of everyone in federal prison is an illegal immigrant (total prison population in 2003 was over 1.47 Million according to GAO Report GAO-05-646R); Many Democrats and others on the left are calling for the abolishment of I.C.E., and many want open borders;
  • [16] Katherine Archuleta, Director of the Office of Personnel Management, resigned (with pension) on July 10, 2015, after cyber intrusions allowed the theft of data concerning 22 million people, some of whom had applied for sensitive security clearances.
  • [17] Anthony Weiner (D-NY) from New York’s 9th congressional district resigned from Congress in June 2011 when the first of what would become multiple s*xting scandals were made public; it was also discovered later that Weiner had access to Hillary’s assistant’s (Huma Abedin) notebook computer, which (illegally) contained classified information (from Hillary Clinton’s email server) that it should not have contained;
  • [18] Obama and his cronies were up to their necks in questionable business deals and may have distorted public policy to accommodate their profits; Obama and his administration would deem industries either destructive to the environment or exploitative for the financial and professional gain of his friends, including industries such as coal mining, offshore drilling, cash advance companies, and for-profit colleges,” wrote Katelyn Caralle of the Washington Examiner;
  • [19] Obama released many people from Gitmo, and many went on to commit more terrorist acts, killing 6 (or more) U.S. soldiers, and injuring others (Source:; As of 23-JAN-2017, several Americans have been killed by the released terrorists; the federal government reported that 17.6% (122 individuals) had been “confirmed of re-engaging” and 12.4% (86 individuals) were suspected of re-engaging in terrorism.
  • [20] Obama, in 2013, released 36,007 illegal immigrants who had been convicted of murder, sexual assault, kidnapping, and aggravated assault, and drunk or drugged driving (source: );
  • [21] Obama, in 2014, released 30,558 criminal illegal immigrants with a total of 79,059 convictions (2.6 convictions per criminal illegal immigrant), instead of deporting them.
  • [22] Between October 1, 2010 and July 21, 2015, the Obama administration released 124 criminal aliens who were later charged with murder-related crimes committed in the U.S. after their release, and before February 2016.
  • [23]more lies and violations: Had Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Loretta Lynch, and others in the DOJ, FBI, IRS, VA, and others in the Obama administration been investigated over the last two years, there would undoubtedly have been many violations found; far more serious than those found by Mueller so far.

This is now the standard operating procedure towards any right-wing politician who refuses to bow down to the cult of political correctness, social ‘justice,’ and so-called democratic socialism.

This leftist hate will be what brings this country to its knees. Not Russia. Not China. Not islam. Not illegal aliens.
KYPD, my friends.

It’s a good thing that Mueller is helping to drain the swamp.
However, Mueller is only investigating people on the right, and none on the left, and based on the list above, there could be a LOT more crime on the left than the right.
Why haven’t the Republicans asked for similar investigations into the long list of lies and violations by the left?

Maybe Republicans are experiencing a fear of resisting the liberal mentality in D.C.

I watched a man on the street interview. It was actually a woman. The conversation was very short but it focused on assassinations. The conversation ended with the woman saying, “There are a lot more assassinations in this country than you think!”.

Perhaps Republicans in D.C. are experiencing a culture of subtle persecution we aren’t allowed to hear about.

There is persecution from the left.
Conservative politicians have been harassed, cornered, chased, had property damaged, and have been threatened.
But ignoring or cowering to it will only make it worse.

Don’t forget the treatment the media pours on to Republicans when they oppose the Democratic’s pet peeves. They have brought down many conservatives, either by false charges, or relentless negative coverage. The media always has a shield from criticism called the first amendment. They use it to promote the left’s agenda with impunity.

I thought Trump would give the right some backbone, but I truly believe half the Republican party are suffering from Stockholm Syndrome. Either that, or they are also guilty of the crimes the left is covering up.

Republicans need some special investigations (like Mueller) into all of this.
I don’t understand why they aren’t trying to drain the swamp, when there is so much to investigate.

Perhaps the problem is one or more of the following:

  • (1) There are not enough conservatives left in the country?
  • (2) There are enough conservatives in the country, but they are not motivated to fight back, which (if true) is strange, when there is so much to investigate.
There’s a lot of corrupt people to be drained from the left side of the swamp.
