I have always been in favor of gay marriage for good conservative reasons.

Married people tend to be more conservative. They lead healthier lives. The commit fewer crimes. They even pay higher taxes. This would mean conservatives lay off the the limiting of gay right and liberals lay off tying to produce a special rights group.
