Forensic Criminology and Psycho Pathology... BACK IMPEACHMENT
“IT’S IN THE FORENSICS STUPID”
It has come to the point where we must review the call for an impeachment inquiry based upon the overwhelming evidence of serious felonious acts in the manufactured run-up and drum-up to the Iraq War.
The evidence is so overwhelming that it is not a question of faulty intelligence or faulty interpretation of intelligence. Furthermore, the latest series of "spin-cycle" efforts will not even pass the Maytag Repairman test. Now, the most recent morphing of the administration's position is that "If Saddam could fool his own people, he could fool this administration".
It comes to the point where we must act in the same manner as any criminal investigation handled within law enforcement. All it takes is a look at the EVIDENCE. That EVIDENCE consists of those FACTS CLAIMED by this administration in CONJUNCTION with reviewing the wide array of videotapes available for George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Colin Powell, Donald Rumsfeld, and Condoleezza Rice. These people are easily shown to be lying right to our faces. IT'S IN THE FORENSICS STUPID.
This is not an issue of partisan politics. This is an issue involving some of the most heinous, felonious criminal misconduct by political figures that can be imaginable, short of treason. An administration which openly lied to Congress, the American People, and the peoples of the world in order to commit this nation to a specific set of hostilities, the war against Saddam Hussein. It is an issue of psycho pathology and forensic criminology.
Our nation has always been averse to recognizing these diseases. Here though, pathological lying has reached a barrier that cannot being ignored ... even in politics. We must look at this issue in a CRIMINAL PROSECUTION sense, and nothing less. There is plenty of information for our nation to review in assisting in this difficult endeavor, such as:
"Forensic Criminology and Psycho Pathology: Truth Verification Tools, With a Study of Truster Pro"
http://www.unisa.ac.za/Default.asp?Cmd=ViewContent&ContentID=1414.
"Without a Conscience" by Dr. Robert D. Hare, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus of Psychology at the University of British Columbia http://www.hare.org/literature/.
Additionally as we have pointed out, the issues of impeachable conduct cover three basis points:
FIRST, we have the issue of intentional development of manufactured intelligence data, along with the intentional misinformation concerning intelligence data.
SECOND, the "Joint Resolution to Authorize the Use of United States Armed Forces Against Iraq" posted by the White House ( http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2002/10/20021002-2.html ) does NOT give authorization to depose of Saddam Hussein, nor to "de-Bathify" the Bath political party from future governmental involvement.
THIRD, the "Joint Resolution to Authorize the Use of United States Armed Forces Against Iraq" does NOT give authorization to wage a "liberty war", to in effect wage a war with the intent on remolding (to our liking) the political processes in the middle-east region.
This administration, its leaders and those following orders, committed atrocious acts clearly outside the scope of their authority and in clear violation of federal law. They did so by misusing their offices in building and proffering a web of lies.
We have here some of the most offensive impeachable acts this nation has had to face in its storied history. We must, to retain our national integrity, move forward with impeachment.
Should even a minority of the PEOPLE reach a decision that the government, being abusive, despotic and tyrannical, is incapable of effecting impeachment within the federal constitutional and statutory structure, the PEOPLE have inalienable rights pursuant to the Declaration of Independence to remove this administration and if need be this government, even if via force, and to build a new government which will secure the inalienable rights of the PEOPLE.

Bruce,
I have to agree that you lay out a pretty good argument based on current law and pre 9/11 thinking; however, the justification for taking out Saddam goes deeper than the thin layer of evidience you have stated. Now, I personally think that Bush got caught with his pants down and Cheney just said go for it; nevertheless, I feel that history will be a better judge of the truth. Yet, America does need to ask ourselve this Nov. 2nd, can we afford to relect a president that has shown no respect for the laws of this land?
“Even if via force?”
What type of force can you use? The liberals don’t think guns should be owned by the people or are all in favor of the govt. knowing exactly who has guns. You can claim this little saying if it makes you feel good, but you better be nice to the guys on the right. Without them, you have no chance against the govt.
Nice “OPINION” piece though. You hate Bush! We get it.

Wow. That is so not true.
Bruce, that’s an interesting piece. I think there’s a good case to be made for impeachment, but it’s never going to happen. Not with a Republican House & Senate.
